Greets and completes patient interview for purpose of obtaining pertinent personal information
changes. Maintains a 96% accuracy or above on a consistant basis.Take payments in person and via phone. Complete a daily deposit. Assisting patients with billing questions and/or directing them in the right direction. Phone operations to direct calls within and out of the facility. Offers assistance and provides direction for visitors, patients, physicians and familiesin an informative, positive and courteous manner.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: High School graduate, computer and business courses preferred.
AGPAM, CPAT, typing and computer experience desired.
